What are the costs and when do they start?

Packages page. Billing starts on the day you place
your order and will be for 1, 6 or 12 months at a time.

Currently,
we accept Major Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard), Cashiers
Checks, Money Orders and PayPal.

What is Hostus' refund policy?
|
|
|
|
Our
goal is 100% Customer Satisfaction, we feel that we provide the best
web hosting service on the net. If, for any reason, you are
not happy with our service, we will refund your purchase within the
first 30 days. After 30 days, we will refund any unused
portion of your payment. Please be aware that prepayment for 6
months or a year is at a discount, and your refund will be at the
full monthly rate, ie: if you prepay for 6 months and cancel after 3
months, you will be billed for 3 months at the full monthly rate,
instead of half of the discounted 6 month rate.

How do I order?

Ordering
couldn't be simpler, just fill out our Order
Form and hit submit. We will have you up and
running within 24 hours (usually less). In most cases, this
INCLUDES Domain Name Registration!

How do I switch my site from another ISP to Hostus?
|
|
|
|
Each
ISP is different and so there is no one answer to this
question. We usually deal with each move on an individual
basis. The basics, however, are that you sign up with us, copy
your website from your current ISP to your new Hostus account and
then cancel your old ISP account. In most cases, you will not
want to cancel your old account until everything is moved, or you
run the risk of losing everything that was stored on the old ISPs
web servers.
