| If you are a current Hostus customer and we have a valid credit card on file, you can use this form to request registration of a new Domain Name. If you are NOT already a Hostus customer, you will need to fill out the Domain Name Order Form. This form is secure and provides us with your current Credit Card information. No Domain Names will be registered without a valid, verified Credit Card. | |||||
